The thin profile blank, with a smaller diameter, delivers a sharp action and serves to better control the jig. The HVF Nonoplus Carbon Technology reinforces the blank through a micro-level arrangement of material in the plastic resin. This creates a smaller, lighter, more rigid blank. The blank is powerful with impressive fish-stopping power despite the size. The X-45 Bias Construction has greater strength and prevents twisting and ovalization. If the blank maintains hoop strength under load, it is much more powerful for its size.
